
Return Policy:
We appreciate your business and hope you love your products. However, due to the personal nature of our body oils and handmade soaps, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our handmade soaps. We will offer returns for unused or gently used Body oils. Gently used means at least 90% of the product must be returned in the original container. Return must be initiated 14 days after delivery. There will be a 30% return fee on the price of the item, excluding tax and shipping.
This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons, as we cannot resell products that have left our facility. Due to this, we cannot offer exchanges on any item. Please read all ingredients listed on the products you wish to purchase. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will do our best to correct the issue ASAP.
Products that are eligible for return must be returned unaltered. Once the item has reached our facility and has been inspected, a refund will be issued to the method of payment used.
Note if you are returning an item that includes a subscription, the subscription price is the considered amount. Return labels are not provided.
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
